EXCLUSIVE: U.S. Supreme Court cites Salem Witch Judge in abortion opinion
When the ultra-Christian U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe Vs Wade, justice Samuel Alito cited 17th century English witch judge Sir Matthew Hale in the draft opinion.
Hale was a psychopath who sentenced several witches to death.
THE COURT'S OPINION:
"Not only was there no support for such a constitutional right until shortly before Roe, but abortion had long been a crime in every single State [...] We begin with the common law, under which abortion was a crime at least after “quickening”—i.e., the first felt movement of the fetus in the womb [...] Two treatises by Sir Matthew Hale likewise described abortion of a quick child who died in the womb as a “great crime” and a “great misprision.”"
